India's first 'social distancing' scooter Gemopai Miso launched, no license permit required

Indian electric scooter manufacturer Gemopai Electric released the teaser of its new scooter model about a month ago and said that it would be "India's first social distancing scooter". Now the company has launched its mini e-scooter Miso (Miso) in the Indian market. The company has priced the Miso at Rs 44,000.

Features of Gemopai Miso

Gemopai Miso electric scooter has been launched in two variants. The Gemopai Miso is a mini scooter with a single seat. A carrier has also been provided with this electric scooter, which can carry 120 kg weight. The other is a single-seat scooter, which does not have a carrier and this scooter can be used for daily travel.

This scooter has one seat for the driver only. Gemopai Miso uses detachable lithium-ion batteries of 48v and 1KW. This battery can do a distance of about 75 kilometers once fully charged. Since it will be a small scooter, it has a top speed of 25 kilometers per hour. The company claims that the scooter can be charged up to 90 percent in two hours.

Gem Rajpai Electric co-founder Amit Raj Singh said, "At a time when we are facing a crisis, business continuity is a challenge to us while remaining safe. In this era, it is a safe alternative to a scooter movement." Singh said that in the epidemic, a one-seat scooter offers a safe travel option. "

No license or permission from the Regional Transport Office (RTO) is required to drive this scooter. Gemopai Electric said in a statement that it has started booking the mini scooter. Its delivery will start from next month.


With this scooter, you also get 3 years of free servicing. This scooter will be available in 3 colour options. It includes Fairy Red, Deep Sky Blue, Lucious Green and Sunset Orange colour options.
According to the company, Gemopai Miso will be a complete Made in India vehicle. The company said that apart from the battery pack used in the scooter, it has been made and assembled in the country. This e-scooter will be available with several battery options.

Gemopai is a joint venture between the company Goreen E-Mobility and Opai Electric. Goreen E-Mobility was established in the year 2016.
