According to the company, the New Mahindra Scorpio 2020 will get a 2.2-litre mHAWK diesel engine. Which generates 138 bhp power and 320 Nm peak torque. The S5 variant will get a 5-speed manual gearbox with this engine, while other variants will get a 6-speed manual gearbox. The BS6 the model does not have an automatic gearbox option, while the BS4 model used to get a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The New Mahindra Scorpio 2020 gives the mileage of 15 kilometer per litre.

Before The launch of New Mahindra Scorpio 2020 BS6, it has been updated on the website about its variant and features. The New Mahindra Scorpio 2020 will be introducing in four variants-S5, S7, S9 and S11. Now New Mahindra Scorpio 2020 launch in  four different colours like Pearl White, Dsat Silver, Napoli Black, Molten Red.

As per the information, there has been no change in the look of the new Scorpio. The the updated model also retains the 7-slot grill, large projector headlamps, LED guide lights, round fog lamps with chrome accents, hood scoop, A rear camera Auto climate control, cruise control,5-spoke 17 inch alloy wheels, Rear parking sensor, outside rearview mirrors with turn indicators and red lens, will come with LED tail lamps.

Talking about safety, this New Mahindra SUV 2020 will get dual airbags, ABS, speed alert, speed-sensing door lock, seat belt reminder, panic brake indicator, collapsible steering column and side intrusion beam, and engine immobilizer. It gives the same 7-,8- and 9-seating configuration as its BS4 model. It competes with the other brand of car manufacturer like Kia Seltos, Tata Harrier and MG Hector, Hyundai Creta, etc.

The New Mahindra Scorpio’s 2020 ex-showroom price in Delhi will be Rs 12 lakh 40 thousand, while the top model will cost Rs 16 lakhs. The starting price of  New Mahindra Scorpio 2020 BS6 in Mumbai will be Rs 11.99 lakhs. At the same time, the price of Scorpio BS4 Starts at RS 10 lakhs. As per the reports Mahindra has discontinued the base variant of the Scorpio. The new base variant is S5 and the price has been increased by Rs 20000. The other variant price also increased by Rs 60000.
