India for some time now. Now customers have a lot of options available in this

1.Audi Q5
Audi started making cars in India in 2007. Audi’s SUV Q5
is one of the most popular SUVs in its segment. it is manufactured in Aurangabad.
The second-generation version of this SUV in petrol and diesel variants has
been launched in India. The Audi Q5 is powered by a 2.0-litre TDI diesel engine
that delivers 187 bhp. At the same time, the 2.0-litre TFSI petrol engine gives
248 bhp power. Both engines come with a 7-speed transmission. Its price in
India starts at 55.27 lakhs.
2.BMW 5 Series
The BMW 5 Series is the first choice of many in the
premium sedan segment. Its new generation model has been launched in India. It
is manufactured at the company’s Chennai-based manufacturing unit. It is
available with three engine options. It had a 2.0-litre diesel engine powering
187 bhp, 3-litre diesel engine powering 261 bhp and 2-litre petrol engine which
generates the power of 249 bhp. Its price in India starts at 52 lakh.
3.Jaguar XE
It is the most affordable sedan of Jaguar, the British
brand owned by Tata Motors. It is assembled at the manufacturing unit of the
Pune-based company. It was launched at the 2016 Auto Expo. Currently, this
sedan is available in both petrol and diesel variants. This sedan has been very
well-liked due to its stunning design. Its price in India starts at Rs 39.73
lakhs.
4.Mercedes Benz S-class
It is the flagship model of the company. It is built at
Chakan manufacturing unit near Pune. This is the company’s only plant outside
Europe where the S-Class is made. The new S-Class 350d is the first car made in
India to meet BS6 standards. The diesel engine installed meets BS6 standards.
It is also available in petrol and diesel variants. The
in-line 6 Cylinder diesel engine produces 282 bhp of power of 362 bhp and 600 Nm
of torque. At the same time, the petrol engine generates the power of 362 bhp and
torque of 500 Nm. Its price starts at Rs 1.33 crore.
5. Volvo XC90
Volvo
rolled out the assembled XC90 SUV in India in October last year. It is
assembled at the plant near Bangalore. It has a newly designed cabin. It is
powered by a 2.0-litre 4 cylinder diesel engine which generated 235 bhp power
and 480 Nm torque. It comes with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive.
Its price starts at Rs 77.41 lakh.
